I think it’s a good start.

I think you need to focus on better defining things. Like the couch/beanbag thing, that should have more details and shading. Or how there is shading on the girl’s arms but none on her legs for some reason. It feels very inconsistent on what you are picking to add shading to.

I think it could also be worth experimenting with different compositions. Like I don’t know if that thing behind the blonde man is a door or the back of his chair.


since I posted I ajusted a bit here's how it is now
I reallly don't know where the shadows should go, the light is suposed to be coming from the ceilling

too much saturation on that last one.
also you should try doing thumbnails for compositions as @NickRowler says, do quick sketch about different points of views and select the one you like the most.

It's difficult to tell what it is, I think it would be better to refine the shape to make it look more chair-like.
