If you have a comic that doesn't rely on line and fill-in color, go ahead and list it here. I'm always on the lookout for comics that really push the artistic boundaries. Especially interested in seeing fully painted comics by the truly dedicated and insane.

Here's mine:

Heyo, my comic is lineless! I also paint panels on special occasions.
Fun thread, would love to see some more people who use the same technique.

Mm, I love painted comics although it takes freakin forever. I have a fully painted one that I've been slowly reformatting and uploading to Tapas since it's original format was a little different on my main website.

Not mine but this one is too gold not to mention ~

Beautiful watercolor (not mine) :

Oh hey my comic is lineless... or semi-lineless since i use line sometimes but not as a all over thing.

not mine but the art is just so beautiful

technically my own comic uses lineless art for flashbacks, but I don't think that happens nearly enough it really to count ^^;

Obligatory “not my comics” disclaimer. Also none of these are on Tapas, oops.

Cucumber Quest: https://cucumber.gigidigi.com10

Paper Mario-inspired JRPG parody comic about adorable bunny people trying to save the world. Lighthearted humour with good character development and a slowly deepening plot. As of recently it was discontinued in comic form and will be finished as an illustrated script.

Ava’s Demon: https://avasdemon.com9

A single panel format sci fi comic about a bunch of people living in an evil empire who each have the soul of a member of a defeated empire attached to them. Good if you like elaborate plots and characters who don’t get along very well. Ongoing, warning for gore.

Lackadaisy: https://www.lackadaisy.com5

Gangster comic set in 1920s St. Louis about a bunch of cats trying to revive their failing speakeasy. Some of the characters can be goofy but the plot itself is your classic fairly dark gangster fare. Great character interactions. Ongoing, warning for very slow update schedule.
