Most of my drawing supplies are traditonal, the stuff that I use the most are Staedtler pencils and Staedtler pigment fine liners.
I switch between software.
I do all the sketching in Autodesk Sketchbook, it“s the best drawing software for me, it“s fast, free, easy to use.
It has the perfect tool for me and that“s something that differs it from other apps. It has a all in one tool for
zoom in/out, rotate, move. I hate using different shortcuts for that in other apps.
I use clip studio for flatting, the only thing that sucks about the program is that it“s overwhelming, I don“t like the
interface at all, doesn“t matter how I customize it, the CMYK stuff sucks the most. Beside that it“s a great app also
for paneling etc.
Then I use Photoshop when I work on posters, record covers, flyers, print. Everything that require exact measurements
and which will be used for print.
I draw on the XPEN22E, I often think I should have invested in a Cintiq but on the other hand I“m quite happy with
the XPEN at the moment and it only costed me something like 400ā¬, the comparable device from Cintiq + accessoires
costs over 2000.
I have an Ipad but it feels like it was a mistake to buy it, I don“t get used to how slippery the screen feels, I changed
the tips and have the paperlike on it and it still feels like that
