My comic would be better if I actally had more time to actually draw out all my ideas

My comic would be better if I could draw faster and cleaner. Broke Ninjas2 is a gag strip that's usually only four panels long, and I cut a lot of corners (i.e. using the same image for multiple panels). But an episode can easily take me four or more hours to make from sketch to upload because I burn so much time in sketching and clean up. If I could draw better and more efficiently to begin with, it wouldn't take as much time and I could do more than two episode per week.

My comic would be better if I actually watched enough anime to understand the tropes

my comic would be better if i gave myself more time to edit scripts and did more storyboards for more pages :expressionless:

  • if i had more experience
  • if from the get go i thought carefully about my composition and cinematography
  • if i could separate 'what i know' from 'what the readers know' (my theory of mind is shite)

I understand where you come from but I think there isn't really a perfect formula. The art level or density of plot vary greatly when it comes to web comics.

My comic would be better if :
My stories and characters weren't so outlandish but more down to earth.
i actually work more on my characters personalities and dialogues.
Improve my panels flow.
Published shorter chapters.
I actually went to an art college.

My comic2 would be better if I finally had more time to draw ;_;

So far I still have a buffer, but... I have to extend that soon - looking forward to my vacations ^^"

My comic would be better if I bothered to learn how to write stories first, and if I did shorter uploads.

I've got one!
My comic would be better if I was a millionaire so I had all the time to just draw and get my story out there!

My comic would be better if my first chapter wasn't so weak, like I think it doesn't do much to draw people in. Also more backgrounds could help.

My comic would be better if I could bring myself to spend the $33 needed so I can start volume one....

And if I stop telling myself, "Well, I'll start drawing after I have five chapter outlined, actually, no, I should do ten chapters outlined. No, I should outline half the plot on paper (32 chapter of thirty pages each) before I start the real thing."

My comic would be better if I treat drawing my comic as no different from practicing. I have a habit about freaking out over pieces I release to a public audience and sometimes I make less than stellar design choices in said cases.

My comic would be better if it was more consistent: both in writing and art. I think there are endless ways I can improve my comic, but at the end of the day, I'm satisfied with just being able to finish a strip. I try to go by the mantra "finished, not perfect"; I know I will only get better with time and experience.

My comic would be better if i knew how to make a story and didn't just do whatever comes to my mind.

My comic would be better if I was a competent artist.

Production wise, my comic would be better, I believe, if I could COMPLETELY finish a chapter before publishing so I could focus on the next chapter while the current one updates. I've been working on the scripts for the other chapters of AliceX but man oh man having a queue is very advantageous, in my opinion.
