(sorry for the wrong grammar since English is not my mother language)
Hi, it took me a year or more to get the $100 from Webcomicapp's Ad Revenu, and when I ask finally ask the comic editor about the billing, they said they need a payoneer account so I can get the money, and so I made a payoneer account and give the details like email and my real name etc. It took many months to follow up them about the payment and finally today, the comic editor emailed me that they sent me the money. But when I checked my Payoneer it is still $0, well to think they should supposedly pay me on July. I'm kinda wondering if Webcomicapp is a scam or they just really delay regarding on billing statement?

Since the last update, I've seen nothing but 1-star ratings in their reviews. Many people experiencing the same problems you have. Looks like the people that made the app just got as much as they could, then updated so that a lot of the comics now are pay-only - and it doesn't seem like they're paying their artists like they used to. I hate to say it, but you might not see that money either. But let's be diplomatic. Email them one more time and let THEM know that you're part of Tapas - and they really don't want bad news spreading around, if you get my meaning.

From what I saw, really bad reviews started showing up in mass quantities after a September update. People arguing that now about 75% comics can't be read without paying, and artists concerned about late or non-existent payments. I don't use the app myself.

I haven't had the issue of not getting paid like some other people, my only worry is that I don't get the same views I used to get before august. The views are decreasing and decreasing even though I update the same.

Yeah. :frowning: I'm guessing that might be as a result of the update and the outcry of "paid comics" now. Not sure why they did that. Unless money was getting scarce OR...they can no longer compete with Webtoons or Tapas?

I saw their google play reviews and according to their responses, the authors of the comics they borrowed complained that they don't earn enough and that's how they came up with the gems.
