It could be because of School. It keeps kids busy before summer and as a result they won't spend too much time on comics these days.

I noticed the jump too and I've started to post more often these days because of that 
So only privileged people can read comics there while most of the world will remain on tapas and webtoon, what a shame, They are helping their competition by not going global.
I also looked up for their app Pocket Comics on google play and it says it's incompatible with my device even though I use a standard Galaxy S8.

In my story, I'm currently at the second day and I completed about 40 episodes. My story is about the life of my character and it's meant to tell and it's planned to unfold over 5-6 years of her life.
How does that work? Are people not allowed to have any VPN installed even if they are deactivated?
I saw their google play reviews and according to their responses, the authors of the comics they borrowed complained that they don't earn enough and that's how they came up with the gems.
I haven't had the issue of not getting paid like some other people, my only worry is that I don't get the same views I used to get before august. The views are decreasing and decreasing even though I update the same.

Mine got promoted once in the Spanish webtoon in the "Today's hot series" and I've seen a rise of 1.3k subs, Now it's being promoted again and I'm curious if it's gonna be the same
Or they could add skippable video ads from 5 to five episodes just like youtube
it would be cool if they had it, I just wish webtoon didn't demand 600000000000000000 us PVs to enroll in this kind of thing

I don´t know what do you really mean but, for free photos you can use https://pixabay.com/ if the photos don´t fit the theme of your webtoon, you can edit them to your liking or you can draw (trace) over them.
