This may be a stupid question, but is there any sort of app for an android phone made specifically for drawing? Like, I'd love to be able to sketch out thumbnails on my phone when I get a good idea, and then send them to my computer and import them to work off of with my full drawing program

Not that I've used one before, but my sister loves drawing on her phone and she's experimented a bunch of apps before. She ended up sticking with ibisPaint X bc she felt it gave her the most features she could handle while still using it for free

You can look into Medibang! It's free and it works on Android, iOS, Mac and PC iirc. I use it on my tablet to draw when I need to do sketches for work, and it has a cloud saving option too, so you can work on your drawings on a PC later.

I use both Ibis Paint and Medibang on my Samsung phone. However, I like drawing on Ibis Paint more ^^

I've been drawing and making comic on ibis paint and Medibang for years before I move to an iPad. Another option is autodesk. All of them are free.

I tend to use Medibang for comic and ibis for illustration however.

If your phone have marshmallow, You might be interested in getting a tablet Or sonar pen for your phone to draw with. They're fairy cheap, but look out for the compatibility.
