I'm a sucker to Noir comics, the atmosphere and the mystery with that kind of artstyle is so appealing to me. What would your recommendations of webcomic with this kind of artstyle. I would like to see them, read and learn how they did it.

I'm currently making a comic with that artstyle in mind, but I would also like to learn more awesome techniques with your webcomics.

Here by the way is my newest noiresque Interactive webcomic:

I'll take a look. Thank you! I'm inspired while playing the wolf among us with the noir artstyle. I would like to replicate that kind of style but with the twist of my own. hehe.

Thanks a lot!!

Don't READ +1

It takes some inspiration from Naoki Urasawa I think.

I really like the art-style and story.

Misread awesome as awful at first and was about to link the old webcomic I made when I was younger lol
Your art is beautiful tho, I'll have to check out your webcomic! <3

Does this count :v

Description: Naota Nakaoka was just your typical harem hearthrob until his life was cut short. Now he's been reincarnated .... as a stick figure. How will he be able to rebuild his harem in a world where anime tropes (and faces) don't exist??? Find out in That Stick Figure Isekai!!! Episodes every Wednesday and Saturday!

Ooh the concept for this comic is really cool!!!

For other B&W comics, I've enjoyed the following:

They're not exactly the noir mystery you asked for, but they're all great stories that utilize B&W differently in unique ways

Since i'm here and technically fit the category as well, I will also promote my own comic lolol

Done with Tapas? What do you mean?
I see that you have your own website, mind if I ask how much would that cost evvery month?

Their new update/layout in favour of their "premium" series basically buries low sub count small creators like myself. Its not really a viable platform for small creators. Don't much care for the approach.
Many sent in complaints but fallen on deaf ears. Also I'm at the point of wanting to protect my work as much as possible.
Anyhoo...
I had a voucher with wix so it was around ÂŁ100 for a year (basic) and ÂŁ18 for domain name for 3 years.

Thank you so much for the info!

But I'm curious on this statement of yours:

Also I'm at the point of wanting to protect my work as much as possible.

Can you elaborate on this one? Is this about AI stealing our arts or it's about copyright something something?

Mostly copyright.
Using places like tapas you are using their platform and as such they can and will use your work to some degree. They can change their t & c's out of the blue...change the layout without warning..the end of the day its their site and can do what they want.
I used to use comicfury until I noticed you can just right click download.
Im less wortied about this area myself but can see the place eventually be mostly A.I generated comics (I mean most of the generic villianess stuff promoted may as well be) money (clicks) talks and all that.

We all put a lot of time an energy to make our creations.
I'm just being more gatekeeping minded moreso these days ...or paranoid
Just find it harder to be part of a platform that is less focused on the creators and more on clickbait.
