@Drewbie - I'm too new to this site to know how to search out which books you've written. Or maybe you write under a different name?

@ratscout - This seems to have a horror vibe to it (which isn't my cup of tea). I must say that I found your main character very interesting, though! I wanted to know more about their daily life and experiences.

Haha, well it is definitely horror/supernatural/ a drama with some scary elements, but thanks for checking it out, anyway~! <3

@Drewbie Thank you for the link. The magic system seems quite interesting, and the family of orphans concept is lovely! I'll definitely read further.

I haven't released everything I've written for the series yet, but what I do have up is around 33,300 words worth of content with every one of the themes you mentioned. I won't post it unless you ask, though, because it's not complete yet, and you've asked for completed novels.

I have a recently completed novel that might interest you! It follows Empress Wu Zetian's treacherous journey from the hands of enemy Tufan soldiers back to the Forbidden City where she battles foes from within her own kingdom.
There's a fantasy element to the story which focuses on societal values and many moral, political, and personal conflicts!

I'm also posting a short story collection at the moment which touches on the effects of technology on society.

I have two, but it's not complete :persevere:

This one's 1st Arc will be wrapped in another 20-30 chapters, which I'm trying to get before the new year though. So I might get to daily updates soon.

Meanwhile, my other story is xuanhuan with multiple ML candidates. The story progression is slow though. Slower than the first story 🤣

It's not complete but I feel it checks some good boxes.

@WriterLinXiaolong Well... I will definitely stop by and check to read when you finish. Your first chapters drew me right into the story.

@NovaSapien I don't mind saving books for later. Feel free to share since your book fits my list so well! Others who view this thread might not mind reading through more slowly, after all.

@ivanskilling Well, the start of Shackles is definitely interesting, that's for sure! I'm looking forward to seeing where you take it.

@elyss Yikes! Until Cassius appeared I wasn't sure whether Oasis would interest me due to Darius's attitude. What a contrast in character! I can't wait to understand him better. I'll definitely check back in hopes of reading after you're finished.

Yeah Darrius has a bad personality. He does get better. His development is a bumpy road to say the least.

@IxPhoen

I have a short story I wrote last year hits most your points in someway although lots of it background. A story about how dealing with your grief and betrayal using a relationship with something akin to a manic pixie dreamboy is not the best idea in the world and responsibility vs what makes you happy.

I write bxb,i have 2 on tapas cus, but here are not completed like on other site... but u requested completed :)))so i'm in a dilemma if to put link or not ... plus are not fully edited due my net paranoia :)))

27 days later

My book checks most of your boxes... chapters 1 and 2 focus on 2 different groups of folks, and 2 has the MC, so be sure to give both a peek!

My story fits perfectly for the 4th category...

@burginlewis: The first two chapters are definitely interesting. Would you say you've completed a story arc already, or are you in the middle of the book still?

@scmore2121 I'll check in again once you've written more of the story.
