Thanks I need the vote of confidence. One of the pairs got him teased so now I kinda feel bad about that... plus you know how middle school drama can be? the biggest pools of drama makers are in my classroom all with each other across various periods and there is nothing I can do about it except try to talk sense into them when I have time. -_- I'm not feeling like my best game.
Oh and I need to stuff easter eggs too.
Less than a week left of this term, and I'll have a whole 1.5 weeks to myself before flying to the States to start my internship (and then I'll have a whole 2 days to transition from internship -> the start of another school term in fall oh lord). I don't even care about my grades, please just let me pass with something that won't look horrid on the next iteration of my resume. God this semester was terrible--so many issues at home and so many issues at school feat. complete mental meltdowns every other week and extreme social isolation as the cherry on top. I know a lot of other people have it much worse than me but I honestly haven't been able to think straight for the past few months. Just biding my time. I'm such a disorganized mess.
I can't help but think that people hate me after this topic17.
Every time when you say that you don't like something, even without concretisation, it insult someone and these people become mad at you. Oh...
I think people taking it out of context and judging you being ungrateful, elitist, and pretentious. I'm not blaming you or them as a whole, but it's so was to take your post out of context.
I and some of the people fully understand it's just some issue rooted in insecurities, especially when you write in a genre and tone not widely liked. I do think they don't have same insecurities (lucky) so they can't get it.
Probably, but take it as a way to filter out people who will never like you anyway. You are very frank and direct, that's your personality, if some people can't tolerate it, well.. that's just how it is. It's not like if you were rude with them personally. You may like to discuss things that people find unpalatable, but I've never seen you being rude to anyone for no reason. (Also sometimes people get angry at the moment and forget later so that's not really an issue in this case. We've all been fuming when reading a message and then stepped back and realize it does not matter, no?).
Yes, I hope so.
@LCT-COMICS I am, to some degree.
is it normal to have to scroll down for like 10 minutes before ya get to the latest replies? Anyways I'd write on the forum more but people keep saying negative things to me. One person said I have no talent and that I never will, and another person told me in messages that all I do is flood the forum and that I need a trigger warning 5 minutes before I arrive.
I really wanna draw! And I will.. I just wish I could draw better! I wish I was a better artist.
I drew hamsters so small and awesome when I first started out.
But now every time I draw hamsters now, they look like huge monsterous blobs.
I draw worst than when I first started drawing them. =X
Just keep practicing! Eventually you'll be able to draw the hamsters of your dreams
Don't let what other people say deter you, if you're not harming anyone then you just keep on trucking on. Also don't waste time responding to people saying you have no talent and never will. The time you spend writing a response to them can be better used improving yourself instead.
I've googled what is it right now, and now I'm a bit worried about people who take this challenge.
It doesn't does not provide for resting days between training days, which will easily lead to overtraining2 state. Adding rest days (instead of hard training many days in the row) would lead to much better state of health and results of participants.
Personally i don`t think disagreing with others is a bad thing. Is natural for it to happen because of different tastes and beliefs. Not everyone is like this:
Debate come naturally, and in the internet is imposible to hear the voice tone of the writing, so the choice of words becomes more relevant when interpreting the information. (sometimes i check if something could be misinterpreted when writing an opinion on the internet for that reason)
Disagreeing is a great thing if a discussion can ensue. Speaking with people we disagree with is actually one of the best ways to evolve and mature in my opinion.
Problem is when people are refusing discussion, or more commonly, are shutting down and stay on a bad impression, when all you wanted is to discuss things. That really annoys me greatly in one specific case, when someone comes to give an opinion, but then refuses to discuss it. Why would someone post on a forum if the only thing they want is to STATE something with no will to EXCHANGE with others? That's something I can't understand.
