As the title says, do you excel at a particular subject when drawing? Is there anything you still have trouble with but continue to practice?

I excel at drawing animals, particularly canines as well as organic landscapes. I am constantly trying to improve on rendering people, perspective, lettering and buildings.

I need to polish up on the fundamentals period. Get a more intimate understanding of depth, perspective, form and muscle. But that can only come with general practice. My major stress and most glaring flaw is stiffness. My subjects are very rigid because I spent so much time focusing on technical anatomy that I entirely neglected movement. If I excelled at something, I'm not sure. I'd want to say line art.

I definitely need to work on backgrounds/environments more. But the good thing about making a comic is it kind of forces me to work on them!

I like to think I'm pretty good at drawing characters - because that's what I have the most practise doing. Expressions, body-language, character designs, etc.

My weak points are architecture, perspective and stuff like water and sound-effects. I haven't drawn them as much, and so I'm not as good at them - but I'm slowly getting better, because I've been practising a lot lately.

With stuff like architecture and environments, I find it helps to not think of them as "backgrounds". They're not just stuff to fill in the space around your characters; they're a setting that is part of the story. The environment can tell you just as much about the story as the characters can. Say you're drawing a spooky ghost story, and want to emphasise how creepy a place is - you can do that by creating an environment that is dark and weird and creepy-looking. Throw in some weird angles, draw houses that look worn down and kind of broken, throw some cobwebs or creepy-crawlies in there. Likewise, if you're drawing a story that's supposed to be upbeat and fun, use brighter colours and open landscapes and cozy-looking architecture. Let the setting become a character in the story.

I think my strong points are probably coloring, drawing faces and character designs, they're the things I like working on the most.
I struggle a lot with anatomy (although I'm slowly getting better at it) it's mainly due to not having enough time to do studies with all my free time going towards comic making. Also Buildings/architecture...I just suck at them, I have to heavily reference if I need a building shot in the comic, perspective can be really hard too unless I plan it better as I'm sketching. Backgrounds in general are hard but I feel like since the comic is getting me to draw them more and more I'm getting better.

i have to improve: anatomy, prospective, expressions.
even do the right thing: not too much but also do enough to not show a sector "empty"...

I think I'm okay at expressions and character design because that's what interests me most. Anatomy is okay as well, but I'd like to improve my colouring and general scenery, especially using light to imply depth and detail, like you see in concept art.

I'd also like to have more movement in my art. Some comics are like BANG BANG BANG, like Box 13, and you are with the story 100% of the way because it's so well done. I'd also love to improve my layouts as well, and my angles. I'm paranoid about talking heads, and very aware that there are interesting things you can do that I don't. Witchy is good for that.

I'm good at drawing people, but I'm absolutely atrocious at perspective and composition.

I think I'm good at drawing expressions of my characters and details (mostly hair). I still need to work on perspective and action scenes.

I'd say my strengths are in backgrounds/scenery(which used to be my biggest weakness),, traditional coloring, and maybe character design(maybe, bc I don't feel like I'm struggling at it).

My anatomy, expressions and paneling could use more work though...

I am pretty good at writing comedic adventure. I am pretty mediocre at art - I am trying to improve in virtually every area of that.

Backgrounds/scenery/architecture is by far my worst weakness. Animals are a close second.

I excel at complaining and sour cream sauce. I must improve on self confidence and jokes.

Oh wait.
I don't know what I excel at. I love drawing characters, but I don't think it's fantastic either.
As for improving, well... I try to always improve in everything. When I see or feel a weakness, I try to work on it really much. Even if it's a digital sketch I delete after/forget somewhere. Always practicing is the key.

I think I'm pretty good at coloring, character designing, drawing out emotions, and toning. I'm try to improve on anatomy and clothing folds though. I try my best to see how folds work in real life but they still come out a bit strangely.

I also think I'm pretty good at perspective and background making to a certain extent. I use to be much worst years ago but after learning all 3 perspectives in school and using manga studio 3d space to draw with I learned it wasn't as hard as I thought it was.

I'm pretty good at character design and keeping my drawing consistence. I am average at perspective but, I can still proudly present my work. I am also good with anatomy, however, I have been terrible at it growing up.

Something that I have difficulty with is the hands. They look decent at best but, once they have to bend in more unique ways or is at an odd perspective I tend to struggle with it. However, I recently got a mannequins so my characters hand have improved a little.
