I'm a market farmer, mostly growing speciality vegetables.

I love the farming aspect, even if it's tough, but the marketing and selling aspect is difficult for me. I wish I could only grow stuff.

Normal day in summer would be waking up at dawn, harvesting in tunnels while it's still cool, then working outside preparing soil, planting, weeding. I take my lunch break when it's the hottest, generally around 1 or 2pm. Same in the afternoon but reverse (work outside when it's hot and harvest in tunnels when it's cooling down at night).
This everyday, except on market days.
Generally I work 14h+/day 7/7. I do take a lots of breaks, mostly because of the heat, but that's 5 to 10 minutes breaks so good for checking social media but not much more.

So generally no time to draw at all, I only draw in the winter, when it's too cold to grow anything.

My drawing season has started about 1 month ago, but in a little while I'll have even more time

I'm a Sr Project Manager, which means I'm responsible for most internal projects of my company, including making sure that our factories receive everything required to produce our products and that my team has everything they need to do their job.

It's high responsibility and stressful (for the type of job I'm doing - I mean, nobody is going to die if I f* up), but I enjoy it very much.

To be able to also do a webcomic at the same time, I have little to no free time. No procrastinating allowed, sadly!

I work as an inventory counter, technically part-time hours. I like it cause I'm to the point where I can zen out and think of comic plots while I count and it's not a customer service position.

Days can be short or long depending on where I happen to be counting that day.

I have a part-time job. I'm Library Clerk at a community college and I love my job but I'd love a full-time job with benefits.

Normal day, I wake up bathe, brush teeth and ask mom to make breakfast. Sometimes, I go out and buy breakfast for the family. After that I workout and shower. eat lunch and watch TV. Wait around until 3 or 4 to head to work. I somehow manage to get to work early by like 30 mins. I wait around again and then work starts. Once work's done, I go home and clean the kitchen, fall asleep and do it all over again. Easily, if I'm bored which I am often, I sketch thumbnails for upcoming episodes and send over to kip. But rn, I'm addicted to these forums. People, here are like so nice and I feel like replying to every topic because I don't want people left out.

I do like my job but as with any job, it can be stressful and inconsistent in terms of my work hours. And some days I work longer than others. I can't speak much on my actual job, however (I do have a tendency to take notes one novels I'm working on or future ideas while I'm working. I usually keep a notebook with various notes.)

But most days I get up, go to work, come home, take care of the pets and whatever else needs to be done. Once I've done all that, I sit down and figure out what I'm going to work on the evening.

Some days I'm drained and I'll take the night off from writing, but one thing I consistently try to do before bed is read. (Reading is important for writers) My days off is when I try to get the bulk of my writing done. I'm not tired from work so I'm far more productive. It's still a balancing game since I try to have a life too

"Office" type work- which is kinda good, coz if I did art type work, I'd probably be burned out even worse when I get home.

Not glorious, but it pays the bills, gets me food, pays table fees for cons that I table at & print books/stickers/prints

What's a normal day like for you?
Go into work for 8+ hrs, come home, eat dinner, and then work on comics, other art, or watch TV/anime...I usually slide into bed around midnight Sunday through Thursday so I can at least get 5-6 hrs of sleep

How do you manage it with comic making?
I try to get in at least 3-4 hrs of comic making unless work dictates that I do something there to earn extra $$$. I would love to have a schedule, but sometimes my motivation is too sporadic...but when I am focused- I can grind for at least 10-12 hrs(on weekends).

Do you like it? its ok for the most part but gets difficult at times. since it pays the bills. I am okay with it.

I had to put it on a big hiatus during my final project for uni, but now I decided to publish shorter episodes, but in a regular schedule that I can work a little every day and do a sprint in the weekend, then I publish on monday

I work full-time as a housekeeper\janitor at a big church that has a Bible college, and the largest daycare in my state.

I enjoy my job, especially since I get to listen to music while I work. I like my co-workers too, I've known a lot of them for around 15 years.

I specialize in floor-care. So I do lots of work on keeping the carpets maintained. (The daycare is rough on them.) I'm also being trained on becoming the lead for my building when my current lead retires.

I draw on my lunch break every day, and during my secondary break too. I do most of my webcomic at home though, I put in close to 15 hours a week on it, if not more. A lot of my writing happens at work whenever I have ideas, I just use Google Docs to note stuff down. I manage it pretty well.

I work full time at a community college as faculty and student support for the Library and ESL departments. I have to deal with all the budgeting/purchasing as well as figuring out everyone’s problems. People tend to think I’m IT, facilities, and counseling... (got asked recently why a monitor wouldn’t wake up to find the computer wasn’t even turned on).
Despite the fact I google answers for everyone who won’t do it themselves, I like my job but I’m so excited for my two week break.

I work full time at a community college like @Maps lol but I work in the Records department. I deal almost solely with graduation, and am responsible for basically half of all the graduation stuff, as there are literally only me and my boss on the graduation team in our Records office lol I really love my coworkers, though, they're fabulous! But I too am desperately looking forward to my 2 week break lol Anyways, I wake up, throw on clothes, get to work early, and eat breakfast at work (yay oatmeal!). I'm the first one at the office these days, and open up the office by myself and hope the Financial Aid folks get there soon before someone needs their help lol I work until lunch, take my lunch (we get an hour, which is really nice!), then go back to work until quitting time. Then I go home, eat dinner immediately, then start drawing on my comic. I tend to alternate between drawing and derping around online/watching a shows, and never get as much drawing done as I should. One day a week I visit my parents' house, and then I spend weekends with them as well because why not?

What's a normal day like for you? I'm mostly working from home currently because we expanded so quickly and ran out of space and the new office isn't ready yet. So most days my commute is from the couch to the kitchen table. It was really busy for a while but we're just on the cusp of entering into the slow season for a bit. I start the day slow with checking the queues, email, and slack messages. I start taking care of customer emails and then work on logos as they come in. I send out emails, reply to emails, edit more logos. It's pretty repetitive and mostly easy. I can usually multitask watching Youtube and sometimes play a mobile game that doesn't require any thinking. I wouldn't do that in the office though. ^^;

When I'm in the office, the other girls and I talk about real crime podcasts a lot. ^^; And there's oftentimes a dog or two around.

And the office is FREEZING COLD because of the material we work with, we have to keep it at a certain temperature. Can't wait to not have to deal with that anymore.

How do you manage it with comic making? I can sometimes do some comic work if it's really slow but I mostly reserve time out of work for comic making and don't go out much.

I consider doing art commissions as my "full-time" job but there are times where I don't get any so I don't think that counts, aside from that, I work part-time.

What is it?
Data Encoder, I are given pieces of information and instructions on what to do with it, depends on the job. My job is to consolidate multiple data about the same customer into one file.

Do you like it?
It is a very laid-back job, the quota isn't too harsh but would be easier if I work full-time (I have the same quota as my peers who work full-time), it can get boring sometimes but if you reach your quota fast enough, you can basically do whatever until your time to leave.

What's a normal day like for you?
Wake up, prepare breakfast, draw something or work on commissions, go to work, go home, draw nap or draw something or work on commissions, dinner, rest, sleep. I get to have more free time on weekends which I spend drawing whatever I want while working on commissions on the side if I have any.

How do you manage it with comic making?
I plan certain amount of episodes ahead before actually working on them, quick drafts helps save a lot of time, and they don't take that much time and thinking either! I just let the ideas flow out then I will edit it the next day. Of course this depends on how much free time I have which I don't always get so I rarely manage to have a consistent update schedule.

I work as a operational software engineer

It's pretty interesting

My day is typically one of the following
Meeting with customers to troubleshoot their software infrastructure,
design tools to automate new technologies,
Or designing testing environments for programmers and tech support.

My biggest roadblock isnt so much time as much as it's clarity. Recently I've gotten a lot more mileage by visualizing my day and my choices as clearly as possible. I'm also learning to be okay with getting less done as long as I'm learning.
