Ah, migrated from goth (80's) as well! It is such unabashedly cheesy music, yes. I can't get over the bizarre English and hilarious robo/sci-fi/fantasy themes they use. What is the ZYX Italo-Disco compilation, though? Super interested! Could always use more italidisco playlists for another comic project I'm working on!

A majority of these compilations are three-disc sets, so with close to 2 dozen of these compilations and still going, there's days worth of italo-disco ready to be listened to if you're ready to make that commitment.

Also great to hear of your goth interests as well, you mean stuff like The Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus and Joy Division to name a few? We seem to have much in common; do you have an account to a music website, such as last.fm?

Yes, yes, yes, perfect, thank you so much! Already excited to delve into these compilations.

Very standard goth, yes! I also really dig Christian Death (though just recently found them!) and Cocteau Twins. I don't have a music website, no! I need one, honestly. I used to be big on imeem (still so sad it closed down) and I had a pretty cool grooveshark set of playlists. I'll need to make a last.fm sometime. I'm already tired of depending on youtube for things.

I usually listen to a group of artists and swap it around every month. Right now, I'm really enjoying listening to Peter Hollens on youtube, the Undertale soundtrack, along with Adventure Time and Steven Universe music!

i listen to lots of oldschool rock, light rock, etc, but lately have listened to Blackjack Justice, a noir comedy series from Decoder Ring Theater - it is fun stuff!

I actually listen to this over and over again, with other random stuff in between.

Johnny Foreigner for the most part is very energetic and some of the most interesting guitar work I've ever heard. I'm a sucker for a band that uses back and forth female and male vocals.

If I'm not tired I'll listen to this on occasion.

Depends on the scene I am drawing, but its usually power metal or techno music I like listening to.
Mostly Nightcore tracks

OMG yes!! Basically all of the Family Tree: The Branches inspires Erie Waters.

Eh hem, but certain times when I'm doing really tedious work like lining or flatting, I put on something up beat, or I could sing along to.
I'm partial to Robert DeLong's new album at the moment.

The song 'The Crooked Kind' from that album was what firstly introduced me to them and that is o far, my favorite album. I shall listen to that song you recommended __

I listen to anything actually. Even when drawing. I listen to what my mood is on that moment. My fav song of the moment is by Armin ft amazing Dutch band Kensington

*there's no official video yet

Realized this week, listening to "The Black Mages radio" on pandora while drawing was really fun ^-^ I love videogameish music!

I don't need music: I could just listen to Bob Ross and feel eternally calm.

Other than Bob Ross though, I usually just listen to songs on soundcloud I pick up and put in my playlists
