Guys, really! The support program is finished but it still shows as if I'm getting money out of it!
So now, when I put a link to my Patreon, I look like a greedy bastard that wants to double dip with both Patreon and the Tapastic Support Program.
This is deterring people from supporting my comic on Patreon!

Come on guys, what's the hold up and what are you doing about it?

I thought the support program was lasting for a couple months more before they come out with their new business plan. I don't think we've been given an exact date of its termination though... Then again I haven't been to the last livestream so I'm not sure.

That's weird, I know the button is still there but so far I've checked and clicking it only leads back to the creator's profile page. Maybe they're still working on removing the support pages for some artists.

Carlos,

When writing something like this, I find it is best to tag Tapastic staff in the post.

In this situation, either @daronakira or @isyoon may be the best employee to tag.

When in doubt, tag @STAFF

The Support Program stopped after Nov 30 (as scheduled and discussed previously), meaning existing supporters are no longer being charged and new supporters are unable to join/start paying. Ideally all the buttons and mentions of the program would have been removed by now, but at the moment they've only been disabled and/or redirected. There were some unanticipated complications on the server related to the new updates we're working on that made it difficult to completely remove the support program as quickly and cleanly as we'd hoped, but we wanted to at least ensure no one would be charged after the advertised date.

A number of people had Patreon, Kickstarter or other campaigns, sales, sources of funding, etc. in parallel with the support program before, so unless fans are actively complaining there shouldn't be too much lasting impact funding wise. We understand it is less than ideal for the time being, but in terms of the hold up and what we're doing about it... all I can say is that we're all working long days every day on Tapstic and the new updates we're trying to finish. We're definitely not trying to sabotage your efforts, or otherwise intentionaly neglect your concerns... and are often as frustrated as you that we can't equally prioritize everything that needs to be fixed or built.

Thanks for the tag, @DavidDaneman

Thank you for taking time to explain the situation.
Now I have a clearer picture of what is happening and appreciate the hard work you guys are putting into this.

Cheers!
