How did I end up here?
It makes sense that it's taught early in art classes!! Some folk (like me!) have never had an art class though, so it's super useful when people share these resources! I think my New Year's resolution will be to take part in these practices far more often!

This is just a quick comment to say that shadow person design is PRETTY TERRIFYING. You've got me intrigued!!!! 
The only reason I can even consider a daily (or weekday) schedule is because my art style is SO DANG SIMPLISTIC for this comic!! Haha For work that is more detailed, such as your own, I imagine that even a weekly schedule is a challenging one.
