Off-topic to this particular thread, but just wanted to plug it in here given the audience
(Please response directly on the linked post, not here - don't want to hijack the conversation)
Understand your frustration, but isn't this .. the way it is though? Because Tapas has so many titles now, so just typing for "R" will give you a lot of titles that you need to sort through...
End your dry spell!
Super excited! Just for any possible newcomers here, you can publish novels on Tapas for free! [image]
Sleep is for the weak!

Tapas is looking for a great web comics editor to join the content team to help manage, curate, and onboard new comics. This is a full time, on-site position: candidate will work out of Tapas' headquarter in the California Bay Area. Because Tapas’ biggest strength is our fantastic community of aweso…
We don't have a definitive list yet but our editorial team has a pretty good idea of the titles that we have on Tapas' novel section that we would love to see in comics format, so those might be a good starting point.

Good suggestion! Well noted.
Hi folks - a few quick notes! Due to unexpectedly high volume of quality submissions we're getting, it now looks like it will take much longer than originally expected for us to review and get back to you (if necessary, that is; unfortunately we can't guarantee a reply to all emails). Apologies …
We're in Burlingame, CA which is not too far from the city.
It's completely up to you. We don't try to take ownership of content. This is a project where we jointly create a project with a creator where we put in editorial and financial investment.
Unfortunately, creators outside of the U.S. cannot apply for the residency program unless they have full legal work authorization in the U.S. As we mentioned in the post, we do not sponsor visa or work permits for non-U.S. citizens.
Folks - thanks for tuning in to the livestream. Just wanted to share some stuff I mentioned in the livestream, which may not cover all possible questions but just to share some answers in random order: App issues: search is not there yet, png images are not loading, ads have not been serving unti…
Hmm, you may feel it wasn't nearly enough, but we tried our best to keep the community in the loop as much as possible, and as early on as possible, through various postings, emails, and livestreams in the past.. Please kindly understand that it's very hard, if not impossible, to share everything …
good reminder @CyndiFoster! and this will be my debut for livestream. i will be wearing a vintage Tapastic Tshirt see you all soon
I can't say the exact amount of work involved because I'm no @isyoon. But it's not as simple as that - our team is really small, and our small team is focusing on building a new thing. Everyone is pulling more weight than they can comfortably, and often that "one more thing" can be that proverbial…
Hi all, Thanks for all the thoughtful comments on our last announcement. We've been reading all the comments, and your feedback has been really, really helpful. Our team has been discussing the next steps for the Tapastic Support Program, and here are some more updates. We now have a timeline…
I just wanted to quickly mention that a) I didn't disappear after the first post - rather, I've been reading every single comment , and b) @michaelson and I are scheduling a livestream session which will hopefully take place soon (stay tuned for a separate annoncement).
Wanted to take this as a …
Thanks for the input so far. Yeah I know you guys have a lot of concerns. First of all, consider this to be a "heads up" announcement; it will take at least some months for us to start seeing changes, so it's not like something is changing right tomorrow. Also, @michaelson and I are thinking about …
All of us, creators, engineers, designers, editors, and readers are in a unique position at Tapastic. We are stewards of a burgeoning industry that has yet to truly define itself. When we first started, the status quo to which we held all platforms was simply free hosting. Together, we’ve come to re…
