Lol that's how I feel right now

A very definitive answer! Thank you!

I have a habit of never tagging my comic pages. I was just curious to know if that affected the amount of page views a comic would get. Like would tagging make it easier for new readers to find your comic? Just trying to get my stuff out to the maximum number of people as possible! Thanks!

Welcome to Tapas! I hope you like fantasy comics!

This is AMAZING advice! My first two webcomics are unfinished because I never had them fully-planned. My current series was only supposed to be 20 or so pages but somehow grew to 40! I seemed to have skipped a few steps of your advice..

Hail and well met! Here's my current series!

I didn't know published comics change fonts (or were allowed to)! Do you have any examples of this?

Think of it like TV shows! weekly airing stories keep viewers coming back and engaged for a while. Netflix-style binges are short, but keep viewers don't have to be engaged for as long. Both sides have advantages!

Wow! How do you get your lines so crisp? Vector??

It most certainly does! There's never enough fantasy/comedies!

I just subbed to several of these!! Thanks a bunch!!

Thanks for all of these great suggestions, Diego! Have you ever considered making a fantasy webcomic? I'd love to see you and your humor tackle that genre!

Thanks for so many suggestions!!

Looks intriguing! What is this term "backyard fantasy" you're trying to coin? I'm very curious!

Oh this is great! Drawing from lesser-known mythologies is a great way to build a unique world! Subbed!

Not very interested, to be honest. I much prefer webcomics!

Hello! I'm looking for some new fantasy comics to read! The traditional swords and sorcery fantasy is fine, but I'm mainly looking for fantasy comics with a twist. I'd really love comics that show a side of traditional fantasy that isn't usually shown! For example, the manga Delicious in Dungeon p…

What I've been doing with my recent comic is working on a bunch of pages, building a buffer, even before uploading the comic to tapas. I waited until I had over 15 pages finished before uploading a page a week. Now I can guarantee my readers a consistent schedule!

Yay! Another new creator! Love your cartoony style!

Personally, I'm not a fan of the new "mobile layout" that's gaining popularity. I don't enjoy scrolling down a million times to read what could be done in one page. It's also creatively stifling. You lose a lot of interesting creative things too, like what grimnir said.

I have 39 pages planned! I'll let ya know when it's all finished!

I personally use the regular sans serif font because I also prefer a font with upper and lowercase characters. But I'm really liking the Ames and Milk Mustache fonts that you've mentioned!

Nice to meet ya, V! Everyone here's always looking for new people to talk to and share their comics with!

This is such a cool thing to do!! My comic would be a great fit for you.

My comic Myriad is about a rogue who makes a deal with a mage to venture into other realms of the multiverse! This comic is for readers curious about a less-explored side of fantasy fiction: the multiverse! Also this thread is a great idea for creators trying to sum up what their comic is about! I…

Hello! I have two unfinished webcomics under my belt, but I'm returning to tapas from a long break and am looking for some feedback on my new webcomic, Myriad. Any comments are appreciated. I'd love to see other comics as well!

Tapas is definitely more for artsy comics, sadly. I VERY much prefer the cartoony style like mine!

Holy MOLY this is just like me! All I do is take bits and pieces from all of the media I consume.

What a fun question! "Miles, stop worrying so much about money and have a little fun."

Oh hell yeah! Please review my sci-fi/slice of life comic Bulletin Hoard! [image]
