I really like the first one!!!! The second one just feels meh, but the first one would make me read it! :heart_03:

I like the first one! I believe it really catches my eye. Personally for me the “dripping effect” on the second one sort of distracts me. But both are great! I just prefer the first one. I’m not an expert with logo design like at all (I mean mine is just font!) speaking of which I kind of want to fix something.

Let me know when your comic comes out! I love cyborgs!:sparkles:

The second one has too much going on, simpler is better. I Would also make the "DEVIL" text a bit less bubbly. Bubble text is not exactly what I think of when I think of a devil

What does this mean? I have never heard of this statement before, but in an age of social media and circle avatars, I could have sworn that circle logos are in right now.

I think the style is apt, since you said the story isn't going to take itself seriously. It's charming. I prefer the first logo, like others have said, the second one is too busy.

Now for what I think could improve the logo. It hink you could center the text into the circle a little bit more. It off the side leaving this gap towards the too of image.

The power symbol does fall a little flat (it would make more sense if it were blue), so I would recommend making the end if the circle that's towards the top into the shape of a devil's tail instead. You know, like the pointed tip that looks like an arrow. Also, I think the black shadow on the circle is unnecessary. Maybe replace with the dark red that's on the pitchfork if you must keep the shadow.

Lastly, I think you can make the word 'techo' pop out more by adding stark highlight. Either white or a really light blue.

It's a good logo, but a little tweaking could make things stand out more.

I think you can brink the beautiful/sexy into the logo. That´s the first 2 attributes that you mentioned and
that´s also what sounds interesting to me as a reader. The logo already has devil and cyborg in it and that´s
cool. Sexy depends on how the sexy shows in the story / comic

I'm not sure what this means either. Rounded objects are easier on your vision than sharp edges. That's why circles and rounded rectangles are used across UX/UI design nowadays.

The bubble text is used for cuteness because of the main characters girlfriend, the sexy scientist.

Have you ever heard someone say "you little devil you" or "you sexy devil" its a playful thing.

The softness of the bubble font is supposed to contrast the hardness of the metal font as well like how in the story the main character acts vs how his girlfriend does.

That being said, I am starting to wonder if maybe things read too cute rather than sexy based on a few comments I've read now. I want people to get a taste of the cuteness and sexy that the girlfriend will bring, but maybe I am leaning more heavily in a single direction.

I'm glad that you like it. And I hope you'll be a reader when the comic comes out.

"Have you ever heard someone say "you little devil you" or "you sexy devil" its a playful thing."

I realize, but playful sexy is not really the vibe I get. I'm getting more of a cartoonishly evil vibe.

Interesting. On one hand if you're picking up on the cartoonish vibes that's actually a success. And there will be dark elements such as blood, sex, and other things as well, so "evil" is also a bit of a success. But if you're not picking up any cuteness, or playfulness, or any of the sexy, that might be a concern.

I tried the blue on the ring, I'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but I can definitely see a difference.

I'm still not sure what you meant by people hate circle logos, but I did take some of your advice and made Devil a little more devilish.

maybe instead of having a ring around the trident, why not just add a glowing power symbol on the trident itself? I feel that way it looks more techno. When it's the ring around the trident it doesn't look like a power symbol. I thought it was a crescent moon at first
