Maho no Ken
Fantasy

A magician in training enters a magic academy to learn how to utilize his magic while facing various challenges.

No partner just Solo

I don't remember specifically I just remember thinking about a MC who fought a specific way and then I kept having ideas for Maho no Ken regarding the story and then I started writing it.

I really like Michael Grant who wrote the Gone series as well as co-wrote Animorphs with his wife KA Applegate.

I Once Was A Demon Lord, But Now I'm a Hero

Action, Fantasy

A short tempered Demon Lord has decided to try his hand at being a hero, without knowing the first thing about being a hero.

Still just me.

I was inspired to write I Once Was A Demon Lord mainly because of an influx of Isekai I wanted to know what type of Isekai I would write and I wanted to make something I hadn't seen before or that I was unlikely to see. So I decided on a Demon Lord protagonist getting sent to another world. As well as making it a homage and love note to all the Isekai that I love such as Konosuba, Devil is a Part timer, Reincarnated as a slime.

-Brief Synopsis
“My journey through Varlaurea continent had lead me to a charming old temple, situated in the middle of a lush, emerald green bamboo forest. After sightseeing around the temple for a while, I realized that, this temple doesn’t worship any deity, but an emperor from ancient time. Curious, I asked the temple’s caretaker about the figure being worship here. The caretaker said, the person being worship here was called Emperor Suk Lam, the Dragon Emperor of the ancient Varlann Empire, a very respected heroic figure to the people, and even been considerate as the father of the people. Interested, I ask if there is any tale or legend attach to this emperor. With a face overflowed with proud, the caretaker nodded. And so, with a pot of tea and a few sweet buns, I sit there on the temple courtyard, listening to the fantastic tales of the Dragon Emperor Suk Lam, tales of his adventures, his battles against monsters and evil cultist.”
