I just started drawing online this summer (yeah yeah I'm very inexperienced and probably shouldn't have started a webcomic this fast) So I don't have anything from the beginning of the year on my PC but. My art style completely changed. Like 100% shifted.

That was summer art of one of my non-comic characters, and now...

Just an illustration a bit better than my normal comic art, but still, I'm happy with it!

I didn’t do much finished comic work in 2020, but I did do a lot of inking. I think I’ve gotten a lot better about making just enough lines to get the idea across and not just hatching everything, everywhere

I feel like I've made some huge leaps and bounds over the course of 2020! Taking a year off of weekly comic work allowed me to take some time to first recharge those creative juices, and then actually sit down and work on my fundamentals a little bit before diving into my new project. Also just, like, continuing to learn and practice new techniques, develop my style further, etc. etc. Still have a lot to improve but here's to 2021~ Here are some pics from late 2019 (comic & illustration) and some from the last few months.

I don't feel like I've really made any big strides this year art quality/style wise. But I've definitely gotten faster and smarter with how I draw. So that's good.

This was technically started in 2019 but finished in 2020 so it counts.
