Well my comic, Auster, is a urban fantasy. Before I had it under sci-fi because there's this secret organization that has really advanced technology but in the end I think it fits better under urban fantasy.
Genre: Action / Horror / Fantasy

Fantasy comics struggle? I thought they were the mass majority of webcomics since creators like escapism over real life stuff. (Not complaining, just observing.)

This is a nice Fantasty/Romance comic. The art starts a bit shaky but gets much better when the second artist takes over.

From what I saw in these forums, that was the impression I was getting. I was surprised too-- but, I think "fantasy" especially is a very, very wide genre so it's easy to say, "It does well!" if you're looking a certain comics and then say, "It's not doing well!" based on others. Stuff is complicated.

Sorry about that! I'm just one person, trying to help push folks to support each other, and not actually someone who seeks out fantasy and/or sci-fi comics specifically to read myself.
It's possible I saw your comic when I was searching, but skipped over it. Your cover/thumbnails/banner are all very nice right now, but I think they could be improved with some small tweaks, and I think your summary could be tightened up too. All of the bones are there (like, I wouldn't scrap your current cover, I'd just add a face or character to it) it just needs some editing. Forgive me if I'm overstepping my bounds, that's just my first impression as someone who works on my own SEO and marketing quite a bit.

To be honest, they're almost placeholders right now. To be very honest it's 4 years since my comic's cover is a placeholder as well...
Oops! Then, this might be a good excuse to finally update them! Like I said, I think what you have there is a really good start actually, I just think it needs some stuff added and a few edits here and there, maybe combine a few updates and like, DANG, you could have a really solid landing page and archive.
If you wanna talk further and maybe shoot the shit on what changes to make, we can do so privately (I think it's just a lot easier and more fair to talk about this stuff 1 on 1 versus talking in a thread about promotion, haha) just let me know and we'll e-mail or something.
