okay, i'd say for one thing to try to not overlap speech bubbles with characters as much as it occurs. only if you really have to, or for other specific reasons (eg purposefully obscuring stuff). there's some panels, like here, where it feels too close and cramped due to the placement of the speech bubbles. id move for instance the "jerkface" one up higher and above the character, with a longer arrow thing (i forget what theyre called lollll)

i'd also maybe move the text within the speech bubble down a bit here? it caught my eye as sticking out due to being so close to the border. makes it a bit harder to read. but thats a nitpick

another thing is i'd personally make the vertical and horizontal borders more even in width. idk, maybe im just being picky, but i find it a bit uneven personally? however this may not actually be an issue and may just be me aha. i wasnt sure also why some borders are filled in black and others are white, but i might make that clearer through the comic or make it more consistent.
i think those are the main things that pop out to me! otherwise it looks good. and for feedback - im not sure if im looking for anything in particular! the pages posted to tapas are obv done but feedback that i could keep in mind for pages im working on would be helpful aha
