I think mine would be...
Character soon to enter in Aerodynamic2
I personally love the coloured lighting technique! And I love your coloured lines, it really softens the look and compliments the colours you've chosen~ As others have said, check the proportions on the head - to me his head seems thin, rather than too small?
My most recent is my avatar of my iPad, Naoko:
@MidZM I love how clean your characters are! The lines are so simple but it achieves such a lovely precise style! I'd be interested to see how the background moves, I think as a still it does seem to lack something
@miesmud I love your style - the eyes especially, are really pleasing. I think people have already said the only thing wrong I see - are their heads a little big?
@heraclus D'aw kitty. The texture is so intricate! The bone on the thumb protrudes a little too much though I think, it seems a bit unnatural
@indagold This is gorgeous. Do you design tattoos? I think your style would be well suited!
@enka923 Oh man I can't get over his expression, amazing. The eyebrows and the eyes and the mouth totally nail it. The only thing I'd note is, the nose looks a little flat without something to define the end - a little like Voldemort's nose if that makes sense?
@Nugtown I LOVE this so much! The perspective is so amazing (I can never nail perspective!) and the colours are so appropriate!
@DavidPerry Oh man, so adorable. I love their big ears and gorgeous big dopey eyes, so so cute. What am I looking at on the brown haired cutey jumping on the left? Does she have a tail, or something in her swimsuit?
@shiftingverses I love the sketch! I actually like the sketch way more than the coloured piece, the lines give it a lot of drama. Her pants seem a little bit tight though, and I think her thighs would be more muscular, so the pants wouldn't cut in quite as much as they would on those of us who are a bit softer!
@wannabelemon2 Wow, this is so professional, it's beautiful. The only thing I can find needing any work at all is the frame placement on the last frame - the line hitting the side of the face the way it does seems cramping. Perhaps it could be brought in to cut off more of the face, rather than meeting it - or brought out to leave a bit of gap between the face and the frame?
I love seeing everyone's art so much!! I need to go draw now!
My most "recent" "drawing"
Is probably a page of mine that I had colored...
For my comic Albatross
Thanks, it's wonderful to get some pointed criticisms. I always prefer my sketches as well! I might revisit the finishing as a looser painting with the lines still present. The "cut-in" is meant to be the curve of the glutes , but I think this would be a little higher and - as you said - less severe! I might make them more angular to suggest muscle. Maybe I should redo the retro shorts into the more greek warrior battle skirt design.
i been drawin a buttload of stuff for work but i dont think i should post that. heres one of the last pics i drew for my comic1 tho!
It's been a while since I've drawn anything from scratch having been busy "remastering" older chapters of my ongoing webcomic Life of an Aspie, but fortunately, it won't be much longer before I'm done with that at the rate I'm going and furthermore, it was me using my pre-existing OC's for some figure/pose drawings I did a while back as shown below that got me back into LoaA after I took a much needed hiatus to help focus on real world stuff (which got boring after awhile anyway)
The first two drawings are of Nakano, Risa who started life as a simple background extra in my comic alongside Chiyoko, Tachibana (in the third drawing at the bottom of this post) all the way back in Chapter 1: The Vow. In Chapter 2: First Day, I decided to make them part of the Alpha Bitch, Hoshiko, Ayame's, little "clique" though even then, I knew that Tachibana would be the odd girl out of the posse as shown later in Chapter 4: Reflections when Risa angrily tears the poor girl down for thinking that the former implied that Ayame got what was coming to her
(For context, the main girl of my comic, Susan Graham, being autistic got some undue rudeness from Ayame for being who she is beforehand and after Ayame and Risa verbally hazed Susan's friend Mizuki for a large scar she has on her torso, Ayame broke the camel's back by calling Susan retarded afterwards)
I've made some drawings/animation-thingy featuring my characters from The World of Luxi. I basically moved a layer or two and screen-recorded it to make it look like an animation. Since I never tried out animation before, I thought this was a good start
It was a lot of fun!
