I'm a born story teller and drawing is one of the only things I'm good at. I'm a screwup everywhere else in my life, so it only comes naturally to me when I create webcomics. ^w^"
I've always struggled with both chronic depression and physical disabilities but creating an immersive world through my art helps keep my mind off things. I like it when people see and praise my art, it really helps my confidence and some days even the tiniest, "that looks nice" means the world to me. I'm very thankful when people say nice things. It encourages me to keep going. I like that people behind the other screen can't see me but can still give me feedback when it comes to webcomics. I'm just so shy I'm scared when people see me irl. I don't even let people watch me draw irl haha. I guess the online format just gives me more confidence. It's good for my self-esteem.
It's kinda silly but even when I merely post toony drawings of myself online, I'm wearing a mask in the art. / •~•"\
