In The Green-Eyed Sniper:

Shanti's biggest fear is being misunderstood by those she loves in her motives about being an assassin. She has a strong sense of justice, and it really pains her whenever she feels judged by those she cares about.

Sekhmet's biggest fear is finding true love, as it would likely break the cycle of self-hatred she is comfortable with.

In Beyond the Ordinary, I think Beive has already experienced that. Her biggest fear was to loose her dad, which stated in the first chapter that it already happened.
She lost everything and is so bitter and mad at this, but she keeps it to herself and try not to loose it.
When she begins to see these magical, mystical creatures, she's all "Oh, I've lost it. I wonder what might happen next". She's surprisingly cool about it.

I do believe her biggest fear is to be turned back into a half-bird again.

In Pierre's case, it would be to loose his sister. He doesn't see her often as they live in different towns, but he kinda sees her as a role model and he looks up to her a lot!

I'll just name one fear, one that Andreas and Beau share, a fear of being deeply rejected. Because they've both experienced it, and while they believe they can just shake it off next time it happens to them, they're scared of how much it will hurt.

Spiders...simply because well... I'M afraid of spiders D:.

Worst fears are an interesting topic. Some of the younger characters in Heart of Keol1 aren't yet aware of their own worst fears because they've never had to face it and/ or because the fears are still developing.

Ethan's worst fear used to be dealing with his father on bad days. What that means precisely is yet to be revealed. Now he doesn't have to worry about that anymore, it seems like... But I am an evil author, and it is only a matter of time before a new worst fear rises to replace it. Something possibly even worse. huehuehuehue

Master Nari (aka the badass granny) is very secretly a trans woman. Being found out that she's anatomically male would be her worst nightmare. It's why she doesn't speak the same way as the other characters do: she's not from that area. She has moved far, far away from her hometown so that no one would recognize her.

Well, in Confessions the two main characters are Thomas and Rick.

Thomas's greatest fear is of his father. (which you'll found out later whats up with that)
For Rick it's 1. losing his sister. (You'll find out later in the story why his fear of losing people comes from) And 2. if people found out or if Thomas found out about his crush on Thomas. Since it's set in 1978 that kinda thing could put Rick into some serious danger.

In my comic Creep the biggest fears of the main characters are probably:

Riley- he has kind of a general social anxiety, but I think he is most afraid that his friends don't really like him and just tolerate him.
Alex- Something happening to Sam. Their mom died when they were pretty young and their father isn't around much, so Alex feels really protective of his sister because of that.
Sam- Failure. She feels like she has a lot to prove and wants to excel at everything she does.
Creep- Not existing anymore. His whole existance is kind of unstable, since he doesn't have his own body or life, so he's worried that he might fall out of being just as randomly as he fell into it.

this is a great topic! now before i go on, my comic is way too weird or controversial a la south park, I dont mean to offend anybody (well kind of) but remember this is show business and its purely done for the shock value nothing else.

Tommy he has been a millionaire all his life, his biggest fear is to lose all his properties
Billy is a street wise guy, his biggest fear is being defeated by someone weaker than him (a girl)
Cyan never met a black person in his life (he is from Siberia) and is super racist (unbeknownst to him until he meets a black person) his worst fear is to lose his prized possesions to a black dude (that story will happen in issue 5)
Bud has an alcoholism and gambling problem, his biggest fear is to acknowledge he has a problem
Kenji his biggest fear is being a poor karate student, and unworthy of his linage, also that his sister may be in love with making his celibate dedication end
Carlos being found by the NSA, paranoic as hell

My webcomic Purple Boudoir1 has two main heroes ^^

Winifred shares my biggest fear, the thought that she might be useless to people and they will end up abandoning her because of it.
Glynis on the contrary doesn't fear that at all, as she's perfectly aware of how easily people are attracted to her and how important she is to this world. But she's terrified of failure and having people hate her because of it.

In the end, they're two very different characters sharing a very similar fear, and they kinda become co-dependant because of it. Of course that'll cause lots of problems in the future... (╯•﹏•╰)

From Sundaze

Dahlia would be scared of sudden loud noises. She prefers serene calm places.
Lori is scared of water parks, she doesn't like the vibe.

I think Viola's worst fear is ending up like her mom in any way, even just looking like her.

Xy's is starting to be that anyone who gets close to him will be killed.

Fife's is dead bodies. He really doesn't like them.

Celesta's will soon be revealed in chapter 11, so I don't want to give it away.

Some characters have already experienced their worst fears, of things that would trump their worst fears.

Interesting topic!
In Burning Bright, Keela's worst fear is being helpless. And she's secretly terrified of the ocean.
Bran's worst fear is that one day he will get alzheimer's (runs in his family). He's terrified of the possibility that one day he will look at people he's known his whole life and not recognize them.

For English Project Shorts,
I'm afraid of paintings with eyes that follow you,
Reaper's afraid of himself sometimes,
Fate's afraid of utter silence.
Ghoul... she's not really afraid of anything, or happy, or sad, or excited...
And Life, well, he's almost fear incarnate.

For Stormspectrum
Skipper is afraid of what he can do, and that he will hurt the ones around him.
For the rest of the characters I can't reveal it just yet .

From my webcomic Heroes of Thantopolis
The protagonist Cyrus's worst fear is that despite Helene's promises, he won't see his family again, won't regain his memories and will die in Thantopolis.
Helene's worst fear is the fear of being unimportant, and losing everything she's built up over the past 61 years.
Xisea's worst fear would be losing Cyrus in some way or form. Before meeting him, she was fearful of never having a friend.
I'm not sure what Trickster fears most....
Sagittarius feared losing her sister, but now she fears she's lost her identity, and her story arc is how she re-builds her concept of self.

My main character Sonia has a deep fear of the water. She almost drowned on purpose when she was younger. She hates public pools and won't get in the water when other people are around. If she is invited to a pool party or a beach hangout she wouldn't go at all.

Fallacy's main character fears being abandoned. Nidi is very extroverted and never had to learn to cope being truly alone or being turned away by someone he holds dear. To be honest, Nidi isn't even aware how much something like that would terrify him. (but I'm evil author so he may yet learn it... )

Second main character Thjalfi is afraid of failing / not being good enough and is overly aware of it to a point that actively affects his life.

On a lighter note, there's Amr who has a phobia of wearing rings.

Well, Stick's number one fear (as the character is based on myself) is people in a social context.
I've not always been like that, but since going deaf, it's something I really struggle with.
So there ya go. Art imitates life!
