I find its hard to make it flow naturally. Maybe I don't talk enough, so I'm not sure how it should be done (?).

I can't give you any critique/advice since I'm not an artist, but as a viewer, I really like the drawing. I think it's up to webtoon standard. Maybe the background is not too cartoonish (?) and the colour need to be more vivid. Nice art 
I used to write using many flowery words when I was younger. I felt it was so cringe, it was.. well, sounds very nice but no substances. Now, I just try to tell the events to the reader and minimize unneeded descriptions. Still learning
