Hm ok, thanks for the help! It'd be great if the desktop site had a way to check as well - would just be a cool statistic to have.

Here is my tipping comic: https://tapastic.com/episode/5838672
I am more than fine with the website using my art! It would be a big compliment, actually lol

As for my feedback..?? It'd be nice to see a version of tipping for desktop, maybe not be able to earn coins(bc i can't see how that would work out) but at least buying coins (maybe from paypal) and tipping artists. OH, and see a list of tippers by month?? I see some creators make giveaways with the tippers but they can't know if one tipped for the giveaway or tipped like, 3 months earlier

Hey Michael

  1. https://tapastic.com/episode/6577821
  2. I'm okay with you using the art for advertisement
  3. I honestly thinks its great and I'm not sure if have any feedback beside thank you very much for your hard work and making this available

1) https://tapastic.com/episode/6656283 For Bonus Heart's tipping episode!
2) I'm perfectly okay with this!
3) I guess I'll observe and see how things go and provide feedback if needed, I'm still rather new to all of this.

The tipping episode of Creepbury Close2. Done in a slightly different way from most of the tipping comics I've seen but I hope it keeps in line with the 'rules'. smile

Yup it's cool for people to use our art for ads.
Tipping is a slow, painful build but is always a nice surprise. having a hard time figuring out how to keep tips seperate between different series though. Gonna have 4 up soon and I'm not sure how to keep track for four different artists. halp. frowning

I made a tipping comic over here.

You can use it to advertise tipping, although I don't see how unless you were to manipulate the panels a bit, which I'm also okay with.
It's a shame that desktop readers can't tip nor can the ones who check the site via Windows phone as there's no official app for it.

Hey everyone! I finallymade a tipping episode for my comic! A host of factors has lowered the speed at which I can produce pages for my Tapas comic BUT I hope to have at least 1 new page a month this year.

1) Here's my episode for Magic Remains: https://tapas.io/episode/6684592
2) I am 100% OK with you using this for advertisements! If you need higher resolution art or art sans dialog balloons let me know and I can get that to you ASAP.
3) I don't have much feedback. Sometimes the app crashes on me while I watch ads for coins BUT it only does that after I've watched a metric ton of ads. ^_^; SOoo it could be me overloading my poor little phone.

Thank you for creating this tipping service within the app! It rocks!

Hello! ヽ(o^―^o)ノ
We made this tipping episode for our comics https://tapas.io/episode/6534502
2. Feel free to use it for promotional purposes which seem fit smile
3. Tipping is great! It feels a little spammy to post the same tip episode for different series though as we have more than one. (And kinda tiring to make one for each)

8 days later

I forgot to post on here, but I made a tipping episode for my comic.

  1. https://tapas.io/episode/6700765
  2. I'm ok with using the art for advertisements
  3. I think I'd agree with everyone that it'd be nice to somehow be able to link it across all series that a creator has.

The series has been idle awhile but that's going to change this year.

Hello Micheal I have done my episode a week ago.
Tipping episode2
Please feel free to use it for art advertisements.

I really love the idea about readers tipping their favorite artist. As a freelance artist, readers, fans, and supporters are the life blood and motivation to continue the trade. To promote the tipping feature and give back to my awesome subscribers, I am also doing a weekly giveaway to the top tipper for the month of May. It is held every Friday where that evening the winner will be announced.

Thank you for continuously making Tapas a great community for artists and fans.
