I've never heard of a 'violators list', though to be fair, I'm quite new at this. Have you had any front page features since you've noticed your views started dropping?
If you haven't been promoted by them recently, the drop in views may be due to a drop in new binge readers. If you have fewer new readers coming in, seeing your comic for the first time, and reading it all, that will translate to a big drop in page views.
I just got on the front page for the first time, and even with only 10 episodes, my page views just exploded. By my standards. Looking at the numbers, it seems like, of my now 1.9k subs, most of them read all 10 episodes. (Because 1.5k of those subs are brand new.) The math doesn't quite work, because these stats only account for the US, but I think it's indicative of what a whole bunch of new readers look like in terms of pageview stats.
Unless you're pulling in a steady stream of new readers, your page views should sit somewhere around your number of subscribers x the number of new episodes you post in a month. (Realistically, it's probably a little less than that, since not every subscriber is an active reader.) So, if you have 150k subs, and you post twice a month, around 300k page views would be pretty normal.
Again, looking at my numbers, I had around 350 subs for the 'last month' period. 350 x 3 = 1050. Add the binge-reading of the 40-or-so new readers I picked up in that timeframe, and we're not far off.
If your likes and comments haven't changed, that indicates your subscribers are still being alerted to new episodes. In which case, the drop in views is likely due to new viewers drying up.
I really wish WEBTOON gave us better stats, so we could figure out these changes and discrepancies without having to play wild guessing games. But, alas. We can only get really good at reading between the lines.
