Daecon's hair is pure white, but at the start of the story, before he even knew who or what he is, his hair was dyed blue. He dyed his hair because he thought white hair was weird for somebody in their early 20's, and he chose blue because he had no problems with being weird, he just wanted to be weird on his own terms:

After he completed his first successful shape shifting, though, when he reverted back to human the dye was gone and his hair was back to white. He also ditched the blue contacts to show his natural eye colours (Gold right, silver left):

Odd coloured hair and skin is common with the shapeshifters in the Defining Daecon universe. Jake here has blue hair and it's natural (his bird form is a blue jay):

And here you can see some of the odd colours in some background characters. All of these colours are natural, including the green skin on the fellow behind Jake - he is a one-off no-name character, but he would be a rare shapeshifter that changes into a reptile (his animal alternate is a Parsons Chameleon)

I have a few, but nothing dramatic ^^

My Madman character has dark blue hair color. It used to be brown, but one day it mysteriously changed, together with his personality.

Rina and Lazarus also had blue hair when they were young. Rina's is gray now and Lazarus became bald, and he's since then changed into another body (long story).

Shadow Nine develops glowing spots over her hair and skin as a natural side effect of her power. She finds it stylish.

Tortura's natural hair color is dark brown, but she started getting gray hair early and didn't like it, so she dyed it. For most of the story her hair was cherry red, but recently she added some blue highlights because why not.

I don't know, maybe it's subjective haha. I think it's an odd color just because you don't see it on young people much.

Shine has green hair.
The reason why it's green is because when I was younger, I would give some merfolk green hair. I sort of imagined they had hair that looked like seaweed.

Shelby has pink hair.
I was originally going to give her lilac but I think the pink looks better.

Poppy from my older series has bright red hair. Sort of like a poppy flower.

Well this guy (Rigel) has blue fire hair. Not exactly normal. Ignore the fact that I drew him in the backrooms

And then lil August here has DARK MAGENTA (not purple) hair

I have lots more, but I found pics of these two first.

Claudita from 3 of my comics:

Mara-Nina and the 3 punks...

To come to think of it... my only OCs with weird hair colors are not from planet earth. Any human OC I have has natural occurring hair color unless explicitly dyed.

More Mora, reimagined if her vitiligo had made her hair entirely purple

Mandy canonically dyes her hair a lot, so even though this picture is non-canon, it's not that far off the mark. during the story her hair is green

Another attempt at Mandy with her canon hair-color, and style. I'm still not satisfied with it yet.

Derrick from WNHCD had burgundy hair. It was his natural colour. As with all characters in WNHCD he was a real person. I've never seen anything like it before or since. It was so deep red that it was almost purple. Combine that with his amber eyes and you had one hell of an attractive man. He was Mi'kmaq (aboriginal) but I've known many Mi'kmaqi people and have never seen one with his hair colour. Most of them have dark, straight hair.

Ahh, my female lead glows under water because she's bioluminescent, which is kind of a power.
